Upgrade to RMS25
Upgrades are free for all users with a valid support-contract.
If you do not have a support-contract, please click here to find out how
to get one.
Upgrades can only be made from RMS21, RMS22, RMS23 or RMS24.
If you are running RMS Version II or lower, please send an email stating

First install RMS25
Before running any converter, you first need to fully install RMS25 (including all demo-files and reports!). If you have not done this yet, download and install a full demo-version of RMS25 first. Click here to go to the download-page.
Also included in the demo is a converter, to convert your RMS21/RMS22/RMS23/RMS24 files to the new RMS25 format. -
To run RMS25 you need a new license. This license is free for users with a valid support-contract.
To obtain a new license, fill out the form below and click 'Submit'.
Without a new license you may try out RMS25 for 60 days. -
After installing run CONVERT25.EXE, located in c:\Program Files\Rental Management Systems\RMS25
After conversion, follow these steps to complete the process:
- Start RMS25.
- From the main-menu, select '?-License' and enter your new license-information.
- Quit RMS25 and restart RMS25.
- Go to Utilities-Restore Planning' and follow the onscreen instructions.
You are now ready to use RMS25.
RMS25 requires a new license. The license is free
for users with a valid support-contract. To obtain the new license, fill
out the form below. (You can find the information in your current
version of RMS under 'License'.)
You may try out RMS25 for 60 days without the new license.
