At A.P.S., we are committed to protecting your privacy. At RMSPlanning.com, you can navigate through most of our site without giving us any information about yourself. Occasionally, we do need information to provide services that you request.
Collecting your Personal Information

(personal information) or allows us to contact you. This information is
requested when you are asked to register before downloading trial or
production versions of our products, subscribing to e-mail newsletters,
or when purchasing and registering our products. Personal information
collected by RMSPlanning is usually limited to name, e-mail address,
country or location, but we may request additional information when
needed to provide a service that you are requesting.
When you buy and install a new product from one of our resellers or
another source and not directly from A.P.S., you will be required to
register your purchase with A.P.S. (registration card or online
registration). When you do so, we keep this registration information on
file with any information you've already given us on previous visits to
our Web site or at the time of a prior purchase. This is considered your
personal profile.
Use of your Personal Information
We use your personal information for four primary purposes:
- To make the site easier for you to use by not making you enter your personal information more than once.
- To help you quickly find software, services or information on RMSPlanning.com.
- To help us create and deliver content most relevant to you.
- To alert you to product upgrades, special offers, updated information and other new services from A.P.S.
We do not hire or otherwise make use of other companies to provide
services on our behalf, such as packaging, mailing and delivering
purchases, answering customer questions about products or services,
sending postal mail and processing registrations.

required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is
necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal
process served on A.P.S. or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights

When you register, or otherwise give us personal information, A.P.S.
will not share that information with third parties for any reason, other
than for the limited exceptions already listed. It will only be used for
the purposes stated above.
A.P.S. never shares your information with other companies, regardless of
the products or services that they offer.
A.P.S. may send out periodic e-mails informing you of technical service
issues related to a product or service you have purchased from us. You
may choose to unsubscribe to these mailings at any time by sending an
email to info at rmsplanning.com, with the words NO INFO in the
subject-line.
Access to your Personal Information
Access to your information is completely restricted to qualified staff
at A.P.S. If you need to update your profile information with A.P.S. or
if you would like to know what information we currently have on file,
please contact us (see below)
Security of your Personal Information
A.P.S. strictly protects the security of your personal information and
honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data
from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or
destruction.
Your personal information is never shared outside the company without
your permission, except under conditions explained above. Inside the
company, data is stored in password-controlled servers and data
management applications with limited & restricted access.
You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one
can request or receive your personal information without knowing your
product license (serial) number, so do not share it with others.
